By signing up and using services on BearBonesTraffic you agree to the following Terms of Service:
Site Rules---You must NOT submit any sites that:
-Are pornographic in nature on the BearBonesTraffic Site as they WILL NOT be approved.
-Contain frames, active x, illegal or uninvited downloads, viruses, Trojans, pop-ups (this includes exit pop-ups as well), fly in ads, or other pop ups that move on the screen.
-Are rotators or contained within a rotator except for the following: Page Swirl, WebCentreSurf, Traffic Splash, TPMRotator and HitSafari. In addition, it is extremely time consuming to locate a particular site if/when a site is reported to be causing issues that is contained within a rotator, therefore, it is YOUR responsibility to only include sites within the submitted rotator that will not cause any issues, including, but not limited to, pausing the surfing timer, etc. If a particular site within the rotator is reported to be causing issues, then you MUST remove the site from the rotator or I will have no choice other than to remove the complete rotator. You will only receive ONE warning before the rotator must be corrected because if it receives a second report, it will be deleted. If there are additional rotators that you would like me to consider, then please forward them to me before placing them into rotation.
-URL/Domain Name Forwarding.
-Your site may not load banned sites in iframes.
-Sites with sound/audio, etc. MUST have an easily accessible off button/feature that requires only 1 click to turn the sound off.
-Your site must be family-friendly!!
Sites can be removed without notice for reasons not listed above if it negatively affects surfing or if you are caught cheating in any way. If in doubt of the acceptability of a site, you MUST contact the Administrators PRIOR to setting it up. Continuously submitting sites that violate these terms may result in your membership being terminated without warning which will result in the loss of any and all earnings that you may have accumulated.
Account Rules:
-If caught cheating in any way, your membership may be canceled, your sites/banners deleted, you will also forfeit any and all income that you may have earned.
-You may only have ONE account per person. Duplicate accounts WILL be closed and continued registration with duplicate accounts WILL result in your IP, email address, etc. being permanently banned on BearBonesTraffic.
-You cannot login from two different computers at the same time.
-You MUST have a valid email address.
-Your email must NOT have any auto responders or bounce.
-You cannot share your login information with anyone.
-ONLY the account holder may surf the exchange.
-You may not use any programs, scripts, etc. that will surf for you.
-You MUST surf at least once every month.
-Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 2 months WILL be deleted.
-You must only email your Direct Referrals ONCE per week and must NEVER send material that may be offensive to them. It is your/my understanding that if it is reported that you have violated this privilege, that your account will be deleted.
-Spam is not permitted. If your account has been found to be sending spam, it will be removed without notice. You will NOT be able to sign up again.
